How It Works
Carton blanks are automatically selected, erected, and presented in an upright position for loading. Products are introduced through the top of the carton using either manual loading stations or automated robotic loading, depending on the application.
Once loaded, cartons advance through the closing system where tuck flaps, servo-driven tuck closures, or hot melt adhesive securely complete the package before discharge to downstream packaging equipment.
This top-load process provides excellent flexibility for products that naturally load vertically while minimizing product handling throughout the cartoning operation.
