The acquisition of EDL Packaging will perfectly complement Massman’s experience in Case Packing and end-of-line packaging solutions.
Villard, MN November 01, 2016 Massman Automation Designs, providing innovative packaging solutions for more than 35 years, announced today it has acquired EDL Packaging Engineers, Inc. The addition of EDL expands Massman’s extensive product offering and complements their existing product lines. Massman completed the acquisition October 31, 2016 and will continue to operate and expand EDL Packaging Engineers in Green Bay, WI.
EDL is a manufacturer of shrink wrappers, shrink bundlers, corrugated tray formers and loaders, roll wrappers, automatic flight bar wrappers, and semi‐automatic wrapping equipment. EDL equipment can currently be found in the food, pet food, dairy, personal care, carpet and contract packaging industries.
