Built using ABB, FANUC, or Motoman robotic arms with advanced, vacuum, mechanical or custom-designed End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT), this system efficiently stacks cases, trays, or bags in optimized pallet patterns. Designed to integrate seamlessly with case packers and other end-of-line equipment, this automated system reduces manual labor, increases throughput, and ensures consistent pallet quality.
How It Works
Cases or products enter the robotic cell via an integrated infeed conveyor. As they travel to the pick zone, the system automatically meters and orients them for precise pattern formation. The robot then picks cases using EOAT designed for your product — vacuum, gripper, or hybrid — and places them onto a waiting pallet at the build station.
While one pallet is being built, the system prepares the next by automatically dispensing a new base pallet from the pallet dispenser and positioning slip sheets from a stationary rack if required. Once the full load is completed, the pallet moves through light-curtained safety zones onto the discharge conveyor for removal or stretch wrapping.
This continuous, servo-driven process allows for consistent, high-speed palletizing with minimal operator intervention — maintaining throughput while protecting both product integrity and worker safety.
