Overview

We offer an “All-in-one” automated packaging machine that creates a tray (or case), loads various heights of square and plank style stacks of carpet tiles into the tray, then creates and places a lid onto the loaded tray at speeds up to 12 trays per minute.

The machine shown in the video also allows for stacks of 0.5 meter by 1.0 meter and 1.0 meter by 1.0 meter carpet tiles to bypass the tray and lid section for bulk stacking.
