Capable of producing up to 65 pouches per minute, this Pre-Made Pouch Filler adapts to a wide range of pouch sizes, styles, and materials—from lightweight recyclable films to heavy-duty material. How It Works

The GP Pre-Made Pouch Filler uses a rotary pouch-handling system designed for precision and repeatability. Pouches are fed via a conveyor system and secured by mechanical clamps to ensure perfect alignment. Once in position, the pouch proceeds through a series of 10 automated stages.

Picks Up & Squares It Up – Pre-made pouches are supplied to machine, transferred to a squaring table, then precisely placed on rotary table for high-efficiency.

Opens Zipper & Inks It Up – Mechanical fingers open up difficult pouch zippers & Thermo-transfer printing is available. (Optional Ink Jet printing also available at station 2.5)

Checks & Inspects – Optional bag inspection station to verify correct pouch is being used.

Opens & Opens More – Pouch & side-gussets are opened WIDE by vacuum openers, puffs of air, & guide plate spatulas.

Fills It Up – Forceps push into bag & clears funnel to fill below zipper to ensure clean & easy fills.

Shakes & Settles I – Gentle servo-driven vibration & tapping settles product, (Optional 2nd Fill Station)

Shakes & Settles II – Servo motion continues while pouch is closing & stretching. Station also offers two-part fills, nitrogen flush, oxygen packet placement & more.

Open Station – Optional bag biting detection, rejection station, or blast of compressed air to clean zipper to remove dust & product residue to ensure tight seal..

Heats & Seals – Servos and cams remove air from bag, seal pouches with pressure, heat, & a serrated (or optional flat) seal bar to ensure seal is straight.

Cools & Exits – Cools pouch top seal & discharges product onto customer conveyor. Optional sorting chute inspects & rejects empty or mis-filled pouches into a seperate bin.
